    Plot Booking Regulations

    Here Octagon Assets & Developments Limited will be mentioned as OADL.

    Interested clients are encouraged to apply for allotment of plot(s) from duly filled designated form of the company and signed together with 4 (four) copies of passport size recent colored photographs of the respective client and 2 (two) copies of passport size recent colored photographs of the nominee with their signatures in the back of those photographs.

    Booking: Booking money will be BDT 20,000 (twenty thousand) only, which has to be paid during booking and its non refundable.   

    Down payment will be 30% (thirty percent) of the total price which has to be paid within 30 (thirty) days of the booking.

    After receiving the down payment, a Deed of Agreement will be made on a non judicial stamp paper.

    Deed of Agreement will be applicable only after the full payment of “At-A-Time Sale”.

    If the respective client fails to pay the installment/s for consecutive 3 (three) months, then OADL will have absolute rights to take any kind of further decision i.e. cancelation.

    Delaying Payment: In any case of payment delay i.e. more than 30 (thirty) days late from the date as per payment schedule, a monthly interest of 5% (five percent) will be charged along with the payable amount. In any case of cheque dishonor, the client will be liable to pay the service charge of 2% (two percent) on the amount of dishonored cheque as penalty for each and every time.

    Client can pay the total price of the plot on/or before the duration of the agreed schedule.

    Registration: Plot registration will be completed only after the full payment of the plot.

    Ownership/Name Transfer: Client can change the owner name of the plot within 30 (thirty) days from booking date without any charge. After this period, client has to pay BDT 20,000 (twenty thousand) per katha as name/ownership transfer fee. The new client will pay the present value of the plot.

    Plot Location Change: Based on availability, client can change his/her plot’s location from one block to another. In this case, client has to pay the present price of the newly designated plot and BDT 20,000 (twenty thousand) will be charged here as service charge.  

    Plot Cancelation: 15% (fifteen percent) service charge will be applicable as administrative, process and operation fee on the deposited amount. The rest amount will be paid after 90 (ninety) working days through monthly installments after prior approval.

    Payments Favor: payments should be made only in favor of OADL through bank account payee cheque/pay order/DD or cash.

    Costs: registration, mutation, welfare, development, transfer, vat, tax and all utility charges will be paid by the respective client and it should be in cash.
